Important: Uplifty AI is only for college students. There are no paid features, refunds are not applicable, and moderation is handled manually through user reports.

Welcome to Uplifty AI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our app, website, and other services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Uplifty AI.

1. Using Our Services

Eligibility

  • Uplifty AI is only for college students.
  • You must be enrolled in a registered college or university.
  • Users under 18 or not enrolled in college may not use the Services.

Your Account

  • You are responsible for all activity on your account.
  • Keep your password secure.
  • Do not impersonate others or use someone else’s account.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Your Responsibilities

  • Use Uplifty AI for lawful purposes only.
  • Respect other users and follow our Community Guidelines.
  • Do not hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the app.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms or our policies.

2. Your Content and Rights

You Own Your Content

  • You retain ownership of photos, text, and other content you post.

Our License to Use Your Content

  • By posting content, you grant Uplifty AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
    • Host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content on the Services.
    • Use your content to promote Uplifty AI (e.g., screenshots or previews).
    • Share anonymized engagement metrics with advertisers or partners.
  • This license ends when you delete your content or account, except where others have shared it.

Content from Others

  • You may see content posted by other users. We do not endorse it and are not responsible for it.
  • Uplifty AI relies on manual user reports to moderate content and maintain a safe, positive community.

3. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information. By using Uplifty AI, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

4. Community Guidelines

You agree not to:

  • Post illegal, harmful, or misleading content
  • Harass, bully, or threaten others

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.

  • We do not guarantee the Services will always be secure, available, or error-free.
  • We are not responsible for the actions of other users or third-party content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uplifty AI and its affiliates are not liable for:

  • Lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
